Action Steps:
Draft an email ministry update reminding ministry partners about the End-of Year letter or email that you recently sent out.
Include a link in the email to your ministry page on the Communitas website to make giving easier.
Send the reminder update. Consider the Christmas holiday dates when sending so that the email does not get lost in your ministry partners’ inboxes.
2 Send Notes to 10 Ministry Partners
Action Steps:
Purchase note cards or postcards and stamps
Use these cards to let ministry partners know you prayed for them this month and share your gratitude for their ministry partnership during this year. You can also wish them a Merry Christmas. (Emails and texts don’t count.)
